Green Valley Lake

This Quonset hut was a real challenge. It was built in the 1940’s and we found some lumber from the crates it was shipped in stamped by the U.S. Navy.

Boards measuring 1” x 3” were attached to the metal structure allowing us to use nailers and the correct spacing to screw the dampened 3/8” sheet rock to the framing. We then taped, finished, and applied a plaster-style hand texture.
